A little more about my journey
Living with IBS myself has taught me firsthand the importance of understanding the complex relationship between food and the gut, knowledge I acquired while studying with the IINH and applied to myself to improve my health and overall wellbeing through a combination of dietary and lifestyle changes. It has also made me more empathetic towards my clients who may be experiencing similar digestive issues, and since I know and understand the struggles of living with such condition I am uniquely positioned to understand the challenges that my clients face and work with them to develop personalized dietary plans that take into account their individual needs and sensitivities. I can also offer practical tips and advice on how to manage symptoms, such as bloating, constipation, diarrhea, and cramps, just to mention a few, through dietary and lifestyle modifications and targeted supplementation.
I believe that my personal struggles with IBS have only strengthened my ability to help my clients achieve their health goals, and I am committed to continuing my education and research extensively on the latest scientific evidence-based approaches to provide the best possible care.

As a Certified Chef....
My love for food started at a young age, growing up in a farm style environment where I was exposed to a wide variety of fresh fruits and vegetables from the garden and raising our own animals. I found myself always experimenting with new recipes and ingredients, and this passion started by the influence of the strong women in my life, my granny, my mom and my aunt. As this passion grew I pursued a career as a chef, with 16 years of experience in professional kitchens and a solid foundation in culinary education.
For me, food is more than just fuel for the body; it's a way of life.
